AI is changing how the world communicates.
We teach that new language.
The Human AI Language Institute helps people, teams, and organizations build the confidence, language, and critical thinking skills needed to use artificial intelligence with intention.
The world changed faster than most people were ready for.
- AI is transforming how we work, learn, communicate, and make decisions.
- Yet millions still feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or worried they'll be left behind.
- Most AI education focuses on tools. We focus on people.
Our Pillars
Human First
People, purpose, and lived experience come before the technology. H.A.L.I helps learners understand where AI fits, where it does not, and how to use it without losing human judgment.
Learn MoreClear Communication
AI responds to language, context, structure, and intent. H.A.L.I teaches people how to ask better questions, give better instructions, and communicate with AI in ways that lead to better outcomes.
Learn MoreCritical Thinking
AI can produce confident answers that still need human review. H.A.L.I teaches learners how to evaluate outputs, challenge assumptions, verify information, and make better decisions.
Learn MoreResponsible AI
Trust matters. H.A.L.I teaches ethical, safe, and intentional AI use, including privacy, bias, transparency, and accountability.

The Story Behind the Human AI Language Institute
A note from our founder, Kimetha Dunn
I did not start the Human AI Language Institute, also known as H.A.L.I, because I fell in love with technology. I started it because I kept watching brilliant people freeze in front of it.
People were not incapable. They were unsure. They had the intelligence. What they needed was the language.
With a background in speech, journalism, curriculum and instruction, and more than 15 years of experience in research, I have spent my career studying how people learn, communicate, trust, and adopt new technology. As a senior researcher, I have worked with Fortune 500 companies, helped teams understand where adoption breaks down, and spoken on global stages including NVIDIA GTC and AI House in Davos, Switzerland.
What I learned is simple: AI does not reward luck. It responds to language, context, judgment, and intention.
That belief became The Fedeila Group, built to help organizations use technology with purpose. And it became the Human AI Language Institute, H.A.L.I, built to teach people the new language of human AI collaboration.
H.A.L.I is not here to chase every new tool. Tools change. Language, judgment, and confidence last.
Whether you are learning for yourself, leading a team, or preparing an organization for what comes next, this is the room we built for you.
Come learn the language with us.
